Once the customer has found a school, or course they are interested in, Synergee allows them to push database access that extra step further and actually generate a quote online which they can then purchase.

Traditionally, customers would have to fill out a long and overly complex form, which was then submitted to a team member who would calculate the quote and return it to them. With Synergee, the student is granted a huge leap in autonomy and can generate their own quotes immediately, online.

This is made possible through the use of Pricing Rules set up at the Database end. These pricing rules are completely flexible and provide the tools through which you can cover the multitude of bookings possible in the industry.

Group Bookings

It is also possible to apply advanced pricing rules that provide customers the chance to benefit from discounts if they select particular course features. These include price-per-week discounts for extended duration study, as well as discounts that are dependant on the number of customers booking together.

With functionality such as this, Synergee can be worked into your next marketing campaign, where you can encourage families to book together, students to book with their friends, and many other scenarios that facilitate group bookings. These group bookings can be managed individually by each participant, or by a group leader, for example a parent or teacher.

Purchase Easily

Once a quote has been generated, the customer can add it to My Quotes, a personalized area that contains the customers favorite quotes. From here, they can then add selected quotes to their Shopping Basket for booking, and payment.

In this way, the entire enrollment procedure can be carried out online by the customer, with your office receiving the only final booking, with the option of a deposit.
